Quinn Brother’s Construction
Cross Over Ministries was founded by Kevin Quinn of Quinn Brothers Construction, combining his passion for jet ski racing with his deeper calling to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. What began as a personal mission has grown into a ministry that travels across the country, reaching racers, families, and fans with the message of hope in Christ.
For Kevin, racing is not about trophies or titles. It’s about showing up on the water, in the pits, and along the shoreline with encouragement, prayer, and the good news of Jesus. The racing community has become family — and Cross Over Ministries is committed to bringing light and faith wherever the race takes us.

Racing is fast, loud, and full of adrenaline — but for us, it’s about more than the finish line. Every helmet, wetsuit, and wave reminds us to put on the full armor of God and to run the race with endurance, knowing the true victory is eternal life in Him.
Our Community
Cross Over Ministries has found more than competition — we’ve found connection. This community has welcomed us, and we give back through prayer, encouragement, and sharing the hope of Christ at every event.
